TalentAimer is a multi-tenant Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables organizations to access software solutions through dedicated domains or subdomains.

Individual client portals are operated by their respective organizations using the TalentAimer platform.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining password confidentiality
• Protecting account access
• Providing accurate information
• Promptly reporting unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

Users shall not:

• Violate applicable laws
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Disrupt platform operations
• Upload malicious software
• Misuse platform resources
• Infringe intellectual property rights

5. Intellectual Property

The TalentAimer platform, software, source code, design, trademarks, logos, documentation, and related intellectual property are owned by TALENT AIAIDS DEVICES LLP unless otherwise stated.

Client organizations retain ownership of their own data and content.

6. Client Responsibilities

Organizations using the platform are responsible for:

• Managing their users
• Ensuring lawful collection and use of data
• Maintaining required regulatory compliance
• Obtaining necessary user consents

7. Availability

We strive to maintain reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect access.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TALENT AIAIDS DEVICES LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary for security, legal compliance, misuse, breach of these Terms, or non-payment (where applicable).

Certain platform features may rely on third-party providers. We are not responsible for services provided by independent third parties.
